What brands of copiers and printers do you repair?+
Doc-U-Pro is an authorized Xerox dealer, and we also repair and service Canon, Kyocera, Ricoh and Konica Minolta copiers, plus wide-format plotters including HP DesignJet, Canon imagePROGRAF, Canon plotWAVE / colorWAVE and KIP.
What areas do you serve?+
We are based at 4920 Irvington Blvd in Houston, TX and serve the Houston metro, including Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, The Woodlands, Conroe, Pasadena and Baytown. Service calls in Dallas and San Antonio are available by arrangement, and supplies ship nationwide.
How fast can a technician come out?+

What are your business hours?+
We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you offer copier service contracts or managed print services?+
Yes. We offer maintenance contracts and Managed Print Services (MPS) with tiered plans. Gold and Platinum plans use simple per-page click charges, so you pay for what you print and service, parts and labor are covered.
Do you sell new and refurbished copiers?+
Yes. We sell new Xerox VersaLink printers, refurbished Xerox AltaLink and WorkCentre copiers, and production presses like the Xerox Versant 180 and PrimeLink series. We also sell Canon and Kyocera copiers and large-format plotters. Browse our machines online or call for a quote.
Is there a warranty on refurbished machines?+
Every machine includes a 30-day standard warranty, and an extended 90-day warranty is available for purchase.
Do you deliver and install machines?+
Yes. We deliver, install and set up machines on your network, and we can handle full office setups including printers, networking and office furniture.
Do you sell toner and supplies?+
Yes. We sell genuine OEM toner and supplies for Xerox, Canon and HP machines, plus copy paper. Supplies can be ordered online and ship to all 50 states.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit and debit cards (including tap-to-pay on service calls), invoices, ACH bank transfer, and third-party financing for larger machine purchases.
